Discovery, Assessment & Report

3 consecutive days on site, on your schedule. Joe meets you 3 times across the 3 days and interviews 5 to 6 key staff for about an hour each. The written report follows about 3 weeks after the last interview, and you walk through it together in a 90-minute review meeting. From first meeting to report in hand, the whole engagement runs about a month.

5 to 6 hours in total, across 3 short meetings. That's all we need from you. The staff interviews run without you. Nobody is pulled off the floor for a full day. The company keeps running while it is studied. The 90-minute review meeting comes about 3 weeks later, when the report is ready.

An 8 to 10 page written report, yours to keep. It draws on 50 to 75 questions asked of you and your team. It shows where each area of your business stands today. It puts the fixes in order. Each area is stated in terms of what it is worth. You see what to fix first before anything is built. If the honest answer is to build nothing, we tell you.

About 3 weeks after the 3 days on site. Joe writes it from the interview notes and the scored answers, then walks you through it in a 90-minute review meeting. From there you decide what to build first, or whether to build at all. The report is yours to keep either way, and it stands on its own whether or not IronBridge does the build.
